Sycamore Farm’s mission is to help sexually exploited and trafficked women find freedom through the love of Jesus.
We offer emergency/stabilization and long-term residential programming. We have a jail outreach program offering mentorships, Bible study, and connection to resources, including our residential program, to help them stop the cycle of abuse.
The story of Sycamore Farm began many years ago. Through God’s perfect timing, He has orchestrated a movement to open an emergency home for women seeking freedom from the chains of sex trafficking and sexual exploitation. Founded in 2019, we have served women by doing hotel outreach, jail outreach, and in 2023, opened the first emergency home in Louisville to serve exploited and sex trafficked women. Today, we are blessed and so thankful to offer not only emergency and stabilization care, but also long-term residential programming.
At Sycamore Farm, we desire to walk alongside women who have been exploited or sex trafficked, helping them find safety, resources, and hope that will allow them the ability to live in freedom and grow in their walk with the Lord.

After 22 years at the Louisville Water Company, Cindy retired to begin the journey God has called her to. She started Sycamore Farm with a dream to open a home for women who were sex trafficked and sexually exploited to offer a safe place to heal and show them the love of Jesus. She now has over 13 years of experience working with this population and has created a human trafficking training to educate the community and help people prevent it from happening in the first place.
